Sweet! 2 more slots to fill.... You can go ahead and pencil me in. I won't mind. But, I'll probably end up buying one anyway. May as well take more of my monies instead of giving me one! It's better for business

I want to take a moment to thank Mark and everyone at LaRue for this contest. Even though I haven't won a trigger it has been exciting to watch and I hope to order one in the near future.

View Quote I ordered an Acog mount from you today Mark, because of your reputation, but also because of awesome things like this and your monthly drawings and industry support. And because you quoted me once on here, and that was cool . So I'm eagerly awaiting my first LaRue part, and hope to add more in the future. Thank you!

Got a shipping notice a little bit ago form LT, it's either my trigger or the Lancer Mags that were back ordered last week; I'm thinking it's my trigger. Plz don't let that stop you from pulling my number, I have a few LT rifles that this trigger can go into...

Finally got home late tonight--best thing ever waiting on me: http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y29/btm7687/Weapons%20of%20Minor%20Destruction/AR-15/IMG_0777_zpsfdd47dd0.jpg http://www.florenz.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/funny-brad-pitt-seven-box-scene.jpg Why it looks like a holiday dillo and an MBT-2S! http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y29/btm7687/Weapons%20of%20Minor%20Destruction/AR-15/IMG_0778_zps0d094eb7.jpg 021/100 http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y29/btm7687/Weapons%20of%20Minor%20Destruction/AR-15/IMG_0781_zps76c72a2e.jpg Going into this rifle for now--replacing a Geissele SD-3G http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y29/btm7687/Weapons%20of%20Minor%20Destruction/AR-15/IMG_0779_zps609f1585.jpg All done! http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y29/btm7687/Weapons%20of%20Minor%20Destruction/AR-15/IMG_0782_zpsb3b0b3af.jpg Disclaimer: I bought my first Geissele a little over a year ago so I'm relatively new to the trigger game...this is more of your average joe opinion vs a technical review First Impressions: Fit/Finish: The feel of this thing is fantastic. It feels wider to my finger than the Geissele did, though I'm not sure if it is. Someone thought the edges were a little rough, but I haven't noticed any discomfort with it yet. The trigger itself is also absolutely beautiful--it's very difficult to show the true color in the pictures (and perhaps it was just the light I had near), but it seemed to almost just have this faint hint of a bronze color to it. Installation: Installation was very easy...I went ahead and removed my safety as another user suggested. Very nice to not have to worry about lining up the disconnector as well, though that's usually not really a problem. I will say the trigger pin felt a bit more loose than my Geissele pins did, but once I got the hammer in the pin is nice and tight. Trigger: Coming from the SD-3G the first stage of the MBT-2S was slightly longer than I was expecting, but after 20-30 dry fires it felt very good. Compared to the Geissele there was no overtravel and the reset was just as if not more crisp (the MBT-2S is definitely louder). The break was clean with no noticeable grit and any would probably go away with use. I also dry-fired it pulling through the first stage to get a feel of the full 4.5lb weight--I definitely need to be decisive if I do that otherwise I can feel the hesitation at the second stage...of course I'm sure that would be the last thing on my mind if I ever pulled it under duress. Overall: I am very pleased with this trigger and I think it fits the bill perfectly for what I want to do with this rifle. The rifle it's in was originally supposed to be a range gun, but I've started thinking it's also going to do duty as home defense. For that reason the SD-3G is probably too light and the MBT-2S is a great solution for me. I still feel like I can get those great groupings at the range when going for precision with the clean break of the second stage and minimal pull weight. I have no experience with the SSA or SSA-E so I can't compare it to those, but I am very happy with the MBT-2S and can already tell it's definitely going to see a lot of use. Once again, thank you Mark and the rest of the crew at LaRue! View Quote I saw your post on Reddit, thanks for the review and awesome trigger! |

Larue website has the last winner.
Thomas G. Congrats to all you lucky bastards that won one and thanks again to Mark for doing this awesome giveaway. |

Page own age.
My trigger arrived yesterday- sadly, I was not there to get it from the Brown Santa, and my neighbor took it in custody for me. It will go in my pre ban PWA. One Twilight Zone moment- my number was called, on 12/14, and yes, I live you-know-where, approx 3 mi away from the site. Symmetry? |

#50, check.
Congrats to all of the winners and much thanks to LaRue for both drawings. Here's hoping I bump into the winner from my area at the range so I can try it out. |

the MBT-2S is definitely louder Once again, thank you Mark and the rest of the crew at LaRue! View Quote I put mine in my rifle. I'd say it is roughly 8000% better than the stock trigger. Truthfully, I have only ever shot AR15's with stock triggers. The press went from a heavy, creepy ,crunchy release to a very nice smooth and much lighter break. The press seems close to my tuned R700. I know MBT is different since it is a two stage style trigger, so I don't think they are completely comparable. It is a huge improvement over the stock trigger. I am excited to actually try it out. As BTM says, it has a loud reset. Not quite as loud as a gunshot. I would think this is from the disconnector being a solid chunk of steel instead of a thin sheet. The whole trigger is robust and is a fine piece of craftsmanship. I haven't tried any of the competition, but I think target shooters would be happy with this choice in a trigger for a precision rifle. |

Congratulations to all the winners!
Looks like the trigger in my wife's AR will have to cost 5x more than the lower. Thanks to LaRue_Tactical for doing this and all the other awesome give-aways they do, it is certainly more generous than I've ever heard of a company being towards folks, even those who aren't yet customers. |

Congrats to all the winners and Merry Christmas Mark and crew. Thanks so much for continuing to support our troops and industry while continuing to offer some superb contests!
