Quoted: No, both of my barrels are 18". My dad has a 14.5" PredatOBR with a field grade barrel, and I load for that too. It's about the same no matter what it gets. The best groups I ever remember getting out of any 7.62 LT rifle was with RL-15. I could never get over the temperature sensitivity though. I have always come back to Varget on all my 7.62 rifles. I really feel like we got a 2-fer with these field grade barrels. They may be a little less consistent, but that very well could be me. View Quote |

Quoted: My FG shoots well but not exactly light out! I can't wait to put on a MG barrel and see what it can do. That being said I love the 6.5 Creedmoor as a great all around cartridge. Getting that Krieger on there is going to be a blast! Great shooting with your MG barrel by the way. What was your new load? View Quote |

I was shooting my 14.5 (7.62) field grade barrel today and I was shooting some super tight groups. Then I was getting a couple rounds 4 to 6 inches from my groups. Anybody else having this issue?

Yeah, we had to notify Julie of our purchase, and then she supplied the swag gifts along with the coupon for the barrel. After riflegear sent the toolbox they were out of the picture.

I wish people would stop saying this. It doesnt exactly instill a sense of urgency to provide Match barrels. So I keep seeing the "I am Mark Larue and I Predict" and "Outshoot the shootist" threads and honestly it pisses me off. So all these orders for customers which have paid nothing are being taken care of yet those of us that have dropped thousands of dollars are left waiting on an email with no updates or indication. Last I heard, the Match grade replacement barrels were "stacking" up because people weren't responding. Well guess what....you have several loyal customers that have dropped alot of money that are responding in this thread. How about taking care of us folks that have paid and are actually paying attention????? At this point I dont even care about having an extra barrel. Just want what I paid for. Im to the point that I dont even recommend LT to people anymore because honestly its been such a cluster f*ck over past couple years. Sorry, maybe its the tequila talking or maybe its the $3300 unsellable Field grade rifle talking, but damn.....its been a year and no barrel. |
