Well I might as well add my experience. My first Larue product was one of their Hawkpack bags in OD. It arrived with dillo, UDE bag, and a couple bumper stickers. My next larue product was a SPR-E mount that I picked up used. I was so impressed with the mount that I decided it was time to replace the heavy YHM rails with some a Larue 11.0. I pulled the trigger Tuesday night and ordered the rails and a gas block. I got to reading on here today about the 12.0's being behind and thought I would shoot them an email to check on the availability of them since I got a little ahead of myself and tore my rifle apart and I have training and quals in two weeks. So I shoot an email to them and less than an hour after sending the email I have a UPS confirmation saying its shipped. Hopefully I get some dillo dust and a hat this time since a need a good hat to wear at the range and I got a butt in the freezer from a hog we killed a couple weeks ago that I want to throw in the smoker with some dust on it.

I must have started to swap it for my twenty-something year-old key key chain a dozen times, but I can't even bring myself to take it out of the plastic bag. |

I have had nothing but positive experiences with LaRue. The one that stands out most took place about a year ago. I had placed an order for the EoTech 512/LT110 combo along with some other items. As per their policy, the other items shipped and I received them promptly. After waiting a few weeks I called LaRue to inquire about the status of the EoTech combo. I was told that the 512 was out of stock and that it would be 8-12 weeks until they would have more. I asked if they had any 552's in stock to which I received an affirmative. I told the fella over the phone that I would like to upgrade my order to the 552 and that I would pay the difference. He told me to stay on the line for a moment while he put the phone down. When he picked it back up, he mentioned that the other items in my order had already shipped. He apologized for the delay and informed me that they would be upgrading me to the 552 - free of charge. This was my first real encounter with LaRue customer service and it took me a few moments to realize what he had said. I kind of stammered and struggled for words, but managed to squeeze out a "thank you very much." The EoTech combo arrived less than a week later.
Needless to say, I'm a LaRue customer for life. |

I just got my 1st LaRue order and I'm very impressed.
I can't wait to do business again. |

This may be a dumb question, but does LaRue have an actual store front? I don't live too far from the address on the website and was hoping for some face time to talk about an optic and mount for my patrol rifle. Guess since I am currently running a carry handle a BUIS would be something to look into also.
Damn am I seeing some nice stuff on this thread. Gots me jonsing for some good stuff. |

I've got to add my appreciation here as well.
I ordered a CQT mount and a shirt. I got my mount, shirt, dillo, dillo dust, hat and sticker. Mark, you guys are fantastic. My order shipped the next day and was packed perfectly. I got an order confirmation e-mail quickly, and then my tracking number. You have definately got yourself another customer. And, I'll be sure and tell everyone I know about the service I got as well. Thanks again. |

I absolutely love this company. Excellent products, service, and since I live in Austin, I get my stuff real fast. It makes it hard to not order. I sense another order being placed soon...

Do you have $200 dollars I can borrow?
|
LaRue is apparently capable of time travel within a small timeframe...UPS received shipping information today at 5:55pm, and picked up the package at 4:40pm today!!!

I am a young teacher. So, naturally...I am broke. When I started my research for a optics mount for my coyote buster..I must admit that the research I did was exhaustive for something so simple as a mount. I read review after review. I must ALSO admit that my skinny wallet was intimidated by the price. Until I thought of the old saying: (Something is only as good as its' weakest link,)
I wouldn't put cheap tires on a Corvette so why put a cheap mount on my AR? So I pulled the trigger. I received my LaRue SPR mount a few weeks back. I was happy with the shipping, the packaging, the instructions, the freebies, and the loc-tite...it was a preview of awesomeness to come. Today I mounted it. No pics (NO CAMERA...call BS if you want, but I don't prove my self worth on the internet) It shot a 1/2inch group at a 100 yards. (which kept me MO-Coyote at 300 yards and hitting clays all day!) Now, I know that .... Ammo-Hornady 60gr TAP FPD Rifle-Remington R-15 Optic-Nikon Buckmaster 3x9x40 (Now my weakest link) Conditions––5mph wind Shooter-I'm not that great ...had a lot to do with it, BUT LaRue earned a dedicated customer today. You get what you pay for! |

Just ordered a bunch of stuff from ya'll and can't wait until I get it. Crank those stealth uppers out a little faster would you.

I just wanted to take the time to post how appreciative I am of Mark and the rest of the gang at LaRue Tactical.
I needed a few parts and had a bit of a time constraint; one call and a few messages and they had my products shipped within a very reasonable amount of time (i.e. 2hrs) Thank you LaRue and all that you do for your customers and the men who serve our true country. |
|
|
I ordered a scope mount but didn't get a shipping notice after a couple of days so I emailed. They were apologetic and said that it would be a week or two, but I was frustrated that I could have used that time to order something else. I said thanks, and decided to wait it out before I could mount my new scope to my new rifle.
Less than a week later a LaRue box showed up at my door with my scope mount, and tons of free stuff... a hat, a bottle opener, some dry rub, bumper stickers... I'll give LaRue credit: they seem to go about two steps beyond other manufacturers when it comes to customer service. |

I'm starting to think they pre load all their boxes the same way with that stuff.

Holy cow, T - - that looks like a promo shot for "How Much Kit Can you Hang on a LaRue Build"!! Why didn't you screw your suppressor on there? That would have added to the jealousy quotient!
When it's all in and GTG let's go play, er...I mean dial it in!! Edited for egregious misuse of a word. |

haha, Ridge. Suppressor is at least another 1.5 months out for the paperwork.
I should have the SBR paperwork back in 2-3 weeks, then we can go dial it in. |

Should be coming home in 3 weeks or so when my Form 1 comes back (should be any day actually). Also, yes, excuse the flashhider. Excuse my ignorance, what type of flash hider is that and what type of suppressor are you using? Is the flash hider one of the quick release type for the suppressor? |

It's a *cough* AAC *cough* for my M4-2000. Now we will speak no more of this before Mark gets word.
