I ordered an A1 Bushmaster barreled Superlight upper last Wednesday after 5pm, and got it today. Fast service, and the upper looks great! I can't wait to shoot it. This is the second upper I've ordered from PK and the first time was the same, outstanding service and product. Thanks guys.

I placed an order sunday evening (1/27), It was delivered yesterday afternoon (1/30).
This was my first order from PK and will NOT be the last!!! SUPER FAST shipping!!! I even goofed up my order a little bit, I selected a 1/7 barrel for my upper and wanted a 1/9 instead. Paul quickly replied back sunday night confirming the change would not be a problem. Im really impressed! I ordered a Bushy 14.5+phantom flat top upper, troy rear BUIS, and some other spare parts..... It all looks great and everything was wrapped up really good. This is how internet shopping should be!!! Ordered several different items, shipped out fast!!!! Bolt upgrade kit was missing a part, emailed pk, got a response within minutes, and missing part was sent out the next morning, along with another email stating this. AWESOME customer service!! I will definitely order more. Prices are great too.

Amazing!!! Ordered a 16" Sabre Midlength w/Troy upper on Tuesday and received it today (48hrs). I'd been waiting for several months elsewhere for a diff. middy upper before finally cancelling and eventually calling PK to see about a Sabre. I'm sure glad I did. Paul was very helpful with prompt email responses and John took the time to visit with me on the phone about my needs as we put the order together. The upper looks phenomenal. This is my first upper with a Troy rail and I am impressed. Just need some range time to see what that Sabre barrel will do. I can't believe some businesses fail to appreciate how valuable true customer service is to folks spending significant sums of money for weapons and components. PK obviously values its customers. Thank You Gentlemen, I appreciate it very much.

I just wanted to post fast and tell everyone @ PK how I'm totally disgusted with your operation.
I ordered some parts this past monday in the middle of the night online. I got a shipping confirmation the next day ( Tuesday ). I had every intent on waiting by my front door on Friday like a dog waiting for the mailman. When I awoke and was heading out to work on Thursday , yes.........THURSDAY !!!!!!!! , I almost tripped on a box on the front step. Unbeknownst to me , there was a box of parts from PK sitting on my step. I almost tripped and busted my biscuit. I am not amused and feel I should get a total refund for the pain and suffering of not having anything to do Friday now but assemble my AR. All kidding aside , the parts are awesome. Shipping was faster than snot runs down a 12 year old's upper lip during a January snowball fight in the northeast. Your website looks great and selection is broad. Thanks for making this customer almost as happy as when Spitzer resigned! |

I think someone over @ PK is bumpin uglies with the post man. I ordered parts late Friday night. They shipped out Saturday and had them on my door Monday morning.
You guy's sleeping with the Postmaster General?? Illinois to NY is impossible in that short time over a weekend. Someone is doing the nasty somewhere in this mix. Great service and excellent products. Thanks. |

Thank you PK for the great service at the Belleville Gun show. My wife and I made our purchase right before the show closed on Sunday and I could not be happier with it. Great folks to deal with and very patient with me while we made our decision on what to get. I was a little dissapointed when i called to order my new 16" sabre upper from you the other day. The price you advertised for your sabre uppers on that thread aren't what you are actually selling them for when you call in to order one. Never-the-less, I was ready to order and you sell them in the configuration i was looking for so i pulled the trigger on the purchase anyway. Typically when this kind of discrepency happens, it would be in the best interest of the company to honor the price they advertise, as this obviously isn't a typo or anything. Instead of "Well the price is actually 640, we will honor the price of 620"... what I got on the phone was "It says that on the thread? Whelp... the price is 640" and that was that. I will be shopping elsewhere for my next AR15 purchase (Edit: i see you have already changed the price on the thread) |

I purchased anyway because it was still a good price and I was all set to go. That doesn't change the fact that they should of honored the price they had listed in the thread... you dont agree? I don't call advertising ONE price, but then actually selling for another, "top notch". And I didn't come here to "bitch about it"... I called 'em up, placed the order over the phone. Super friendly, super helpful. I needed a reciever extension kit, but I wanted the CMT 6-pos stock and the H-buffer. They broke up one of their kits and gave me a discount on my upgrades. Said it would go out today. Found myself a new supplier for my builds. |

I called on a Monday with some questions about an upper. They answered the phone on two rings and were very helpful. I ordered the upper that afternoon it was shipped Tuesday and I got it Friday. Great upper and great service. Next time I need something I sure am going to look there first. Great job. BTW it was a RRA upper.

I ordered an upper 2 weeks ago. It arrived 3 days later damaged. These things happen, no big deal. Called PK, they said send it back. I shipped it ground UPS on Thursday, with an expected delivery time of Monday PM. I got a shipping notification from PK Monday morining and a new replacement upper on Wednesday.
It looks like they built another upper, Brett test fired it and packed it up, and had it ready to go out the door the minute the one I sent back arrived. That has got to be some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, as good as those guys in the "dead center of Texas". I will definitely use PKF again. |

Ordered a 20" Varmint upper on July 3rd then ordered an ACE stock July 4th. Mailman shows up Monday July 7th with both items AND my STIMULUS check from the IRS. PK was quick!! Did i mention i live in SEATTLE! will definitely order from them again!
