[size=4] I just purchased a few parts for a build that I'm doing and the Noveske KX5 5.56 that I ordered has the incorrect thread pattern. I was sent a 7.62 pattern, 5/8x24, but it should be a 1/2x28. I just want to have it exchanged. I've called numerous times over the past 2 days, and left 2 messages on their voicemail, but no one will pick up the phone nor have I been called back. Let me correct myself, 2 times someone has picked up the phone, as the hold music stopped and I can hear people talking and laughing in the background, but then I was immediately hung up on. Twice. What the hell is going on. This is NOT the way to treat your customers. I even tried calling their sales department (as opposed to the returns and exchange department) but no one answered there as well. I am a repeat customer and I've purchased thousands of dollars through them, even bought a Rainier Arms RUC. I had a very pleasant experience when purchasing the RUC but that was some years ago. I am concerned that they are no longer answering their phones, and that they are taking so long to call me back. I will definitely keep you updated.[/size=3]
