Can we see one on an MOE handguard? Perhaps a way to mount it flush? Either way it looks like a very good grip.

boss just came into the x ray room asked why i was crying. I Pulled up this thread and showed him, we have been sitting here crying together for 10 minutes. WHYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!! i wanted one lol

I like the Idea... This looks good. Can't wait for the feedback I'm sure it will have great reviews.

Folks, we've handled the unit up close and personal a few months back....This has to be THE BEST (AND MOST ERGONOMICALLY SPEAKING) SHOOTING SUPPLEMENTS WE'VE USED TO DATE! Weapon control is amazingly improved with this system. NOTHING out there compares in our humble opinion, nothing! Hope this helps.

Very nice.
Good to see that this was innovative, instead of another product that is just more of the same. |
Can someone rehost the pictures somewhere besides photobucket? I wanna see, I wanna see!
Damn. I'm too slow on everything.
Looks cool though. Well thought out, I've used some angeled vert grips on other set ups, and it made a difference, I'd like to see how this works out. |
I sent an e-mail just a few minutes after you posted the thread.....hope I got in.

Nice Desert MARPAT CTR. Is that a one-off or a planned release?
Also: +1 on a picture of the grip without a hand over it. |
This is fantastic news! I can't wait to wraps my paw around one of these!
Can't believe I missed this!
Oh well I'll have to place a few orders mid Dec!
Nice! Looks like y'all hit another one out of the ballpark. I'm looking forward to the reviews and even moreso to when I can get my hands on one!
ETA: I just recently stopped using a VFG (short TD VFG) altogether because it never felt "right" even when using the thumb-break grip. The AFG looks like it solves all of those ergonomic issues. |

Nice Desert MARPAT CTR. Is that a one-off or a planned release? And I thought I was the only one who noticed. |

umn, what does it look like without someones hand covering it..
How about a pic of the grip by itself, without a hand around it?
looks good so far Brad |
If anyone backs out from the trial...I would be interested in giving one a shot. Thanks.

Too late? Spend 45 minutes trying to remember my damn login!!!
Very insterested if this is still open. |

Sweet! do I get in on this for requesting a handstop from magpul a month or so ago? haha. jk.
This looks great. I use the "VFG thumb break" grip and it has always felt a little wierd with my hand doing the V, but without the VFG my pinky and ring finger want to come off. Looks like this is a nicely ergonomic solution. You guys have done it again. I just sold my VFG and was about to purchase a LaRue FUG, now I'll have to wait to see what happens here, and $70 cheaper too, can't beat that. |
Pretty neat!
Though I was really hoping the announcement was going to be for TMAGS Come onnnnnnnnnn TMAGS!!!!! |
So who wants to buy a lightly used FUG?
As usual, Magpul Rocks! |
Look at this pic
http://i839.photobucket.com/albums/zz314/Magpul_Industries/AFG_1.jpg Now all they have to do is integrate a micro grenade launcher, a automatic shotgun, multi color(green/blue) / multi level(1 to 30,000 Lumens) led light and pulsing aiming laser(s) and last but not lease a pop out bayonet/meat tenderizer. Plasma not included as this attaches to the MagPul AAPCWS(Anti-Alien Plasma Carbine Weapon System) and allows you to cook your alien meat while fighting(Cooking tips at www.MagPul.com). edit: forgot to add url. |
Oh yay, another magpul product to be back ordered for months
Not complaining, just a friendly jab This time I'll be on the ball so hopefully I'll be able to get one before they sell out. Any place to pre-odder these? ETA: Oh yea, HOLY CRAP these look AWESOME!!! I've been toying with the idea of a beefed up angled handstop that would sort of fill this role. But this is better AND cheaper! I can't wait! |

I think this slide is inaccurate (maybe you mistyped?). Everything I'm familiar with says the forearm pronators are stronger than the supinators. I was thinking of this study in particular that tested forearm torque, they find the pronators being strongest... http://linkinghub.elsevier.com/retrieve/pii/S0363502306003030 |

Damn, too slow. That looks like the heat! I have moved to a bare free float to run this same grip. I learned it from Jim Smith, and we all know when you learn it from people smarter than you........ I'm in for one whenever they hit the market, and it will go straight on my duty gun...

I"ll bet that wouldn't even count as an evil feature out here behind the iron curtain... I'd be interested in the follow-up to this. Strictly for curiousity's sake. |

Kicking myself for missing this thread... dude, I've been basically offline for 6 days, I get into work today at noon after driving back from Utah in an old International that won't break 60, only slept for 2 hours in a Las Vegas motel 6 last night... and I happened to click on this thread right after he posted it. I ALWAYS miss out on this type of stuff, but I think there was a little karmic payback since the last 24 hours of my life were such hell. The moral of the story? Maybe you need worse things in your life so that the good stuff will come too? Wow I need to sleep.... |

Kicking myself for missing this thread... seriously, talk about a day-ruiner, oh well mid-december isn't that far off, hopefully pre-order options will be available soon... |
Wow the one day I don't check the Magpul threads and I miss this! This looks freaking cool though. Hopefully I can get to play with it at the SHOT show
The one day of the week I'm not surfing the Magpul forum every hour at least..... son of a...
On the other hand, I should be getting my S&W M&P15-22 mid-December, and it's gonna need a grip. Thinking of going OD with that one. |

Since I missed the cut, can you send me a LR20 please???! THIS |

What is the vertical length of this? IIRC, the ATF considers it a vertical grip if it's 1.5" or longer below the hand guards.
I only ask because I'd be interested in using one on my AR pistol. |
Nice! Eagerly waiting for some Stickman photos to see how they mount on different length ARs, and can't wait to see these at SHOT.
