1. We use a Mossberg barrel blanks, then turn our own barrels in house.
2. The Mid Length 1x7 CL Barrel, as with all of our barrels aside from the DT Sport barrel is 4150 CMV steel.
3. All our barrels are phosphated underneath the front sight base.
4. The gas port hole is .080.
5. High pressure round shot with bolt to maximize pressure to be taken by the bolt then placed in a magnetic particle chamber to show stress fractures to the bolt. Particles will gravitate to cracks after being magnetized. Our barrels are not HPT/MPT tested. We only perform this on our bolts.
6. Yes, we do use a torque wrench to ensure the appropriate barrel nut psi which is 32-35 lbs.
7. As far as vendors for other components of our rifles we don't disclose that information. Please know all parts are USA made.
If I could be any further assistance to you please let me know. Thanks!
