The majority are liberal college hippy types. They will march, yell, and block streets at worst. Our sports fans cause more (championship) havoc than they do.

In 2008 around midnight we had mobile demonstrators celebrating by roaming through the streets.
I would imagine if Trump wins there will be immediate demonstrations but I can't say they'll be peaceful. |

In the DMV a lot of agencies are planning for peaceful demonstrations.
