What are the rules regarding eligibility? 21 and legal resident of U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, sorry you're SOL.... Good Realize what you said there. You are basically agreeing on the infringement of rights to anyone 18-20. Although this drawing has specified age limits it is basically in agreeance to those states that deem under 21 not eligible for their fundamental rights. When you turn 18 you can be tried as an adult yet in society today you do not get treated like an adult. It just doesn't add up. I was saying I'm eligible, good; not it is good that anyone under 21 can't enter. |
