If they want to track everyone, they must force those who do not drive to get an ID card, like we issue in CA if you lose your license. Are they going to issue an ID card to travelers from other countries? To foreign businessmen here for only a few days? All this card does is provide a way to track honest people. Now, what's to stop people from taking a magnet to the strip? If they eventually use an optical strip, you can peel it off. Will business deny you services if you don't have your card? Where is the teeth in it? How often are you asked for your ID in your daily life? This is total BS. They want to "666" us but only we can let it happen.
