Can anyone point me to the complete quote, and source, for Mahatma Ghandi, where he says something about the worst thing Britain did was to deny the Indians the right to keep and bear arms. Thanks. Edited fer spellin'!

"Among the many misdeeds of British rule in India, history will look upon the Act depriving a whole nation of arms as the blackest." --Mohandas K. Gandhi, An Autobiography, pg 446 ...here's a few other choice Ghandi quips... "I prefer to see India free through violence than subjected to the violence of the oppressor." also, "Slugs and snails are after me, DDT keeps me happy. Now I guess I'll have to tell 'em, that I got no cerebellum. Gonna get my PhD! I'm a teenage lobotomy" --from his 1978 Sire records release "Leave Home".
