I read or heard this little story: There was once a lion who fell in love with a girl. He went to her father to ask for hand in marrige. The father said, "No, for you claws are too sharp and long". So the lion went and had his claws removed. Upon returning to the father, he again said, no. "You fangs are too sharp and long". So the lion went and had his fangs removed. Returning to the father he showed him his fangless mouth, the father quickly picked up a club and beat the lion over the head, killing him. Does anyone know the source of this story? [sniper]
