Of course. But vocal noises may be the least reliable: A woman can make a lot of noise without an orgasm, or minimal noise during a great one.

Of course the minimal noise wouldn't make a good ringtone.

Actually, there's a real simple way to tell if they're faking or not: when a woman orgasms, her nipples get hard (so do a guy's, for that matter). It's a simple physiological reaction. Simple litmus test.
