I was just at lunch and i heard 1094 and a officer ran out of the resturant to his car

They vary by locality. Unless you find an officer in your area, the code will not likely be the same.

They vary by agency. Check with an officer that works for that agency.

Seriously, there can be very wide variations between agencies. Don't bother figuring this out by reading others codes. When I worked for a city PD, our codes were quite different from the county SD.

Ten codes vary from town to town but in most areas they use the same codes as the state police with a few exceptions, and they usually have a few PD specific codes. 10-101 might mean "Got another call of trouble at the strip club." etc.
