WD-40

Some people say its bad to use on firearms (dont know why), but it works great.

Birchwood Casey Sheath.  Has a bit of an odor initially, but its ability to protect from rust is like temporary cosmoline that still allows you to fire the gun.

Best there is corrosionx. www.corrosionx.com The product creates what the company calls a "polar bond" to protect and lubricate metal. By creating positive and negative charges, corrosionx bonds to metal not just lay on top of it. It also penetrates better than many products designed for that purpose. I have been using it for a 1 1/2 years now, best there is. Salt water no problem for it, great product.

What, no one here uses good ole fashioned 3in1 oil anymore?

Cleans and lubricates.

Put me down for 3 in One. It worked on my Daisy when I was 8 and it works on my Armalite 40 years later!

I have been using Hoppe's gun oil for years. However, all I use on my XM15-E2S is "Breakfree".

3-IN-ONE oil is what I use.  It's even got a picture of a shotgun on the back of the can!
