I think it more likely they would first detonate one in an underground test. They could also get a proxy country, ie N Korea, to test one for them. A proxy country test would provide further distraction and destabilization in the West.
A nuke is space seems to be the poison pill threat. |

I personally expected an EMP to be deployed before now to burn out NATO satellites
That was back when Russia pulled back to their current lines. After on gets lit off we will see where NATO stands on escalation. Game theory from the “ Proud Profit” wargame exercise says once it's out of the bottle nobody wins. . |
