I don't know much about planes or copters but I can say that when the wife kept seeing HeavyD's blackhawk flying around at the Freedom Factory she started following HeavyD's social. She was super impressed by it even though we'll never get to ride in one and definitely never own one. She's much more likely to watch the plane stuff than drag racing and definitely more than watching Cleet and Squirrel F around with a rollback. |

I applaud a 29 year old that has created a multi-million dollar empire all based off of a funny skit he did behind Tom Bailey's drag car.
I like his automotive content. I don't care for his boat content, remote control toy content, or his aviation content. Simple enough to watch what I want and skip the rest. He's got millions of subscribers so he can afford for people to watch what they want and skip the rest. I hope he continues to succeed and grow his empire. If he wants to buy an air field, then he should. I'm not interested, but he probably would not watch a video by me about growing tomatoes for the same reason. |

Seems like a nice standup guy....good for him on putting in all the effort to make all that money.
I guess I just don't understand how/why so many people watch his (and other Youtube peoples) videos. I guess a lot more people have a lot more free time than I do. Between work, a family, and my hobbies....I don't have time to sit down and watch hours of youtube videos every day. Too each their own I guess
