Anyone have an AEMS for sale? Looking to pick one up on the used market and compare vs Eotech.

I wonder if it has an "off switch" built in somewhere so under certain circumstances it can be disabled and not useable against their military?
Seems unlikely, but I'd like to see an electronics expert get into one to see if anything in there can receive a signal. |

So OP, you’re saying I can get military-grade optics for 1/3-1/2 price of Trijicon/Aimpoint/EOTech?
Sweet. |

Opinion on Taiwan aside the reality is that optics will be used to aim the rifle that shoot at our kids.
If it’s a duty gun don’t use that crap. If it’s not a duty gun then go with literally anything else. Lots of other cheap non China brands I buy a lot of material from China as it’s unavoidable in my industry but directly fueling their military and R&D? Nah. |

No shit…
At least holosun isn’t sitting on their sweet sweet government contracts only throwing a very expensive bone to the commercial market when they need capital or a stock bump. Colt doesn’t seem big anymore…wonder why |

Seeing that they are from a commie country, Holosun has a really strict MAP policy to try to control prices (or the perception of prices at least). Dealers like Ibex Armament, Simmons Sporting Goods, 3D Gunman, and others have discounted prices but they all require you to give them your email so they can send you a secret code for the discount so daddy Holosun doesn't get mad. You can also go on r/Gunaccessoriesforsale or the Arfcom EE if you're fine with used optics. Edit: Looks like I can't read but my point still stands. |
