It’s funny. One guy said 999 as joke and then people run with it as truth.
I have two regular daggers I got at $250. Do guys actually think they will be 999 for a Sabre Dagger. They will probably be like $500 |

The reason why the dagger is so popular is because it's basically a cheap Lego set that people can buy and start a project. Guys on dagger forums are on a 6th or 7th dagger and fully upgrade each one. I'm sure some guys have over $999 in theirs but an expensive dagger already built takes the fun out of it. |

My guess was $600. I'd really like to see what just a frame would cost, though I'm guessing that may not be an option. |

Stippling, adding $25 extensions to $9 pmags, triggers worth more than the gun, and cerakoted slides tells me PSA copied their dagger fan base homework. I'm not saying they won't sell because I had similar thoughts about the sabre AR line. The sabre rifle line up was pretty good for the cost though so we'll see what these cost. I'm betting under $500 |

I wonder how the grip texture feels. I have one of the Dagger full-size S frames, and I like it a lot overall, but man, it needed more aggressive texture. I ended up doing a home stipple job on mine.
these new Saber Daggers at least LOOK to have more texture. |

Only thing I will say is Glock should offer higher end models out of the box. I know they're supposed to be a Toyota like brand, but it would be interesting if Glock started selling higher end models that Glock clone brands are doing.

Anyone seen the price of these yet?

View Quote The reason is I want a all around pistol (CCW, Reliable, Competitions, SHTF) and I been leaning towards Glock. But the price for the MOS models has always been keeping me from pulling the trigger, hence the dagger. I hear alot of good things about the dagger and if these come in at $499 I might pull the trigger on one Not sure though |

That M81 model really should come with a M81 slide, kinda defeats the purpose without it.

$600+ just seems too much IMO. I just put this together for $258, and it's pretty cool. But I wouldn't pay Glock prices for it.
I'm gonna add a magwell, a compensator, and an optic and have a cheap range toy. Attached File |

Can I just add my vote to "I HATE holes in slides"? I honestly wouldn't buy one of these unless it had an option to get a complete, solid slide.
Did I mention I HATE the holes in slides fad? |

At least of the double stack ones, not sure on the single stack models as haven’t messed with them. If you wanted Gen 4 80% the Freedom Wolf while it existed was the way. And yes Dagger slides fit P80s just fine. |

With the pricing the way it is I'm out. Was thinking about getting one of these but I'm not paying glock prices for one of these
Maybe if they ever do the M81 lower by itself I'll get that |

The only way I'm touching one of these Sabre Daggers is if I see a good price on a cool frame (M81) and then combine it with a normal Dagger slide. |
