Well, tapped both kegs.

The Spotted Cow Clone is dead on flavor wise but needs another day or so to carbonate.

The NE IPA is fully carbonated and is AMAZING. It tastes a lot like Foggy Geezer from War Pigs.

I am only about 14 hours away, depending on how much evasive action I have to take in Chicago, therefore I should be there sometime early Sunday morning. If you throw a brisket on in a couple of hours, it should be done when I get there.

Can you show a picture of the inside of your beer refrigerator completed?

I’d really like to make something like that.

Awesome thread as always.

I can. It's still a mess inside as I haven't mounted the manifold or decided if I'm going to run the C02 tank outside of the fridge. In the grand scheme of things there will be 4 kegs in there, but I'm waiting on 1 more batch of beer to finish fermenting and the 4th tap is going to be Sprecher Root Beer for the kids/folks that don't drink.

This is the current state of the inside though...

Thanks.

I always wondered if you could keep the CO2 inside, seems like it would be less clutter outside.  I didn’t realize you could get kegs of beer that small.

Frozen meat and frosty mugs in the bottom freezer!

Very cool.

Garage bay = 10/10.

Yes. I typically do a bed of charcoal at the bottom, then but a 4" tube of pvc in the hopper, fill it with wood chunks, then fill all around that with charcoal and pull the pvc out. Leaves a tow of wood that lasts the entire cook.

Just had a friend over who is a big beer guy to sample the NE IPA, loved it, so must've done something right.

Got a cousin who moved up to Oshkosh (where his wife is from), they are moving into a larger building for their bakery atm I think.

Wisconsin is one of the few states I've yet to visit

A family I ran around with when I was a teenager/early 20s, the dad had retired and built an epic outdoor bbq/cooking setup.  Wish I had pictures, but he could handle 40+ people no problem.

If ya head down, checkout Thunderbird Bakery, its supposed to be excellent but none of the baked goods that are brought back down to TX/NM have ever lasted long enough for me to enjoy.  The cinnamon rolls are a safe bet.... be aware he's a hippy

You will be unable to skip Indiana and Illinois, unfortunately.

I wish it were not so. You could go to Michigan and cross the lake.
