The guy we were getting ready to hire backed out, even after compensated package was agreed upon. Looked at the next resume in the stack and it is shit. 4 different jobs, from a facility management job to selling Farm Bureau Insurance, in the past 2 years. Nope.
We have interviewed 3 different candidates, upped our pay/benefits and nothing. |
