Yesterday was one of those days that I had lots of excuses for why I wasn't going to work out. Lacked all motivation. Won't get into the details, but it was a rough day.
Fortunately, discipline prevailed, and I managed to get in 500 reps. Fell asleep before I even had the opportunity to post here. For May I am going to try to average 500 per day so I can stay on track with what I did I April. For now, time to hot the floor again. Have a great and productive Thursday gentlemen |

I did the math to find average per day I needed. I realized that, even accounting for days that are too busy or I just don't feel like doing them, I can use surrounding days to knock out a ton to reach the averages I need. So...it's more than Push-ups. It's kudos to others, math, motovation...sweat... |
