15 rounds fired do not mean 15 rounds struck nor does their placement mean that any given round would have been any less effective than 5.56. Pistols are pistols but more importantly misses are misses. This is not even examining how the video shows how geeked to the gills he was.

It's disturbing because the person is recording in portrait which results in them swinging from left to right to catch the whole scene, instead of just turning the phone and recording in landscape.
