I think that you're a bit out of touch. Sypderco PMIIs have 4 positions, a plethora of quality 3rd gen. super clean steels and can be had for <$300, for most of them. You can get my PMII in CPM S110v and cobalt G10 scales for ~$150. Chris View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Well I already have an iPhone, so what more will this knife hurt? View Quote The ganzos are ripped off American designs made for and by a Chinese company. They're unauthorized productionsand hurt American companies Plenty of American knife companies outsource production to China/Taiwan (wonderful knives made there) /Japan and it is very different than what Ganzo is doing |

dividend is tip up/tip down (but not both sides), reminiscent of the leek, $40, and USA made. I am pretty tempted by it, honestly, but have like 4 leeks already. https://cdn.protoolreviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/Kershaw-Dividend-03-650x483.jpg edit: I lied. Ganzo G739 I bought it because it was really cheap (like $15) but it's been a great knife. Well built and holding an edge better than expected. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01E0205B2?tag=vglnk-c102-20 http://www.guntree.co.za/cache/images/88b2952c0ab5bed63ad6e4cd61fe659d.jpg |

Keyshaw Scrambler
$30 my daily beater for work now. Clip can go on either side. I'm right handed so in my right pocket it is almost instant open as I remove it. Very fast. I can open it quicker than my Benchmade auto-presidio, plus if I lose it I'm only out $30 compared to the Benchmade. |

Byrd Knives. It's the cheap version of spyderco. The same type of steel as most kershaws. They are right in your price range and have 4 position carry.

Go to the kershaw website. You can sort their knives by pocket clip options. 2way 4way etc. You can also sort by opening style, thumbstud, flipper, assisted etc.
The Thermite is a nice edc knife. |

I have a Kershaw Dividend; the main advantage for me is it's very slim and easy to carry, I forget that I'm carrying it.
The blade is a bit of an odd duck, but it's good enough for minor duty. I had a problem with it not locking up once, a small piece of pocket lint got between the the blade and the axis that the blade locks up against. |

I see you made a choice but the Buck Vantage might interest you. Left or right tip up with a flipper, they are thin and carry nice.

You are looking for the Ontario RAT or RAT II depending on how big a knife you want

Well, Derek45 send me his knife to drill two little holes, and so far, I've failed miserably.
I have no idea what kind of steel these scales are made of, but trying to drill into them has been about as successful as trying to empty the Mississippi with a shovel. The center punch didn't even scratch the metal, and two HSS drill bits only managed to make a little divot before they snapped. Just ordered a couple of HSSCo8 end mills, but I have my doubts. Anybody know of something better than cobalt to drill into super hard "fuck you and die, you God dammed piece of shit" metal? |

I just got a launch 7 and really like it. It's very thin and easy carrying for its size.

I carry the CRKT M16 Series, between 13 (smaller) and 14 (larger) 13 is about $35, 14 around $50. Cheap enough to lose. Currently on my first 14, and 4th 13 Nice thing is the belt clip can be mounted on either side, top or bottom. I have it configured so that the blade opening faces rear, then as I pull it from my pocket, the hilt or wings on the sides of the blade open it automatically against my pants. https://images.knifecenter.com/thumb/1500x1500/knifecenter/crk/images/CRM1613SFG.jpg https://images.knifecenter.com/thumb/1500x1500/knifecenter/crk/images/CRM1614SFGc.jpg View Quote They come in a large and one the size of the Leek that you have. I carry the larger one and my son, before he lost his carried the smaller one. |
