Retail or Personal?
Most places big enough to handle an order like that are setup as distributors and will not deal with end-user sales. Google "bulk ammo distributors" and start making calls. |

According to the establishment news media, you can go to any gun show and buy truckloads or shiploads of magical heat seeking auto guided baby killer bullets and machine guns that shoot them at a million rounds per minute, with no identification or paperwork required.
Seems like it should be pretty easy to me. |

Do you have a FFL? Many distributors (myself included) could fill that order on the 7.62x39. The 7.62x54R is getting harder to find in "bulk".

Serious answer:
For the cost of that much ammo, just spend a bit extra and get an FFL then get dealer pricing from distributors. Even a C&R FFL will work for some distributors iirc. You'll save money in the long run and have the FFL as a bonus. If you absolutely need it right now start with SGAmmo, Luckygunner, MidwayUSA, and buy as much as they have in stock to hold you over until your FFL paperwork goes through. Why do you ned that much ammo, and how are you getting the funds for it? That's quite a bit of coin. |
