Given your other thread, I'll give you my opinion.
You're not viewing dating correctly, at all. You want a girlfriend. That's a perfectly reasonable goal and desire. But you are just expecting there to be this jump from single guy to awesome relationship. That's why you're constantly disappointed, which comes off as desperation to women. Dating outside high school/college/work means there are no longer "warm leads". You won't realize that girl that's friend's with your buddy that you've talked you a few times might be a nice girl to date. Mainly because those situations aren't there very often in adult life. Nope, you just actually have to meet a ton of random women, in real life, and see if there's chemistry. It sucks, but that's reality. There is no shortcut, it's a lot of work, and it involves a fair bit of time. Protip: If you're not the one realizing "I don't think this will work" with women after a date at least half the time, you need to respect yourself more. Otherwise, one day you'll go on a date with a manipulator and she will break your heart and drain your bank account. Then you'll wonder why. I think you need to take a break, despite the desire to find a girl, and focus on something to build your self esteem. |

If I rented a fancy car for a date, the date would consist of driving. The car wouldn't be in some garage in vegas, it would be on the road outside vegas, maybe pulled over or maybe crashed but certainly not in a garage.

Honestly renting lambo just screams "I make poor financial decisions" than anything else...
Even if you make 200k+ a year, blowing 2500 in a night to drive a car is a poor idea. If you think girls are attracted to guys that make poor decisions to try and impress people, you're probably be mistaken... Now actually being rich and actually owning lambos and exotics, that does NOT scream poor financial decisions, that screams rich. Try that next time

I've never met women before who are only interested in the things a guy owns. I do know that they are out there, but I personally haven't run across any. Maybe you should try to tone down the bling on your next date, OP, and keep it simple. I am in a relationship now, but when I was single and used to date, the women almost always offered to pay for everything, but I refused and paid instead.
