Target sells Wrangler brand cargo pants that look like khakis. $20, all cotton. I were then when i am on call for SSOs.   They do need to be ironed.

Oh look...
Another thread where a (presumably) grown man will inevitably need help picking out his own clothes.

Inexpensive and hold up pretty well. I like them.

Work gives me some 5.11s that I like more but not enough that I would personally pay the difference.

Second the LAPG stuff. excellent pricing, good looking, and comfortable. Read the reviews for hints on correct sizing.

The new Atlas pants look good, but my favorite is the Elite Operator. PANTS

The gusseting in the crotch makes them comfortable, and the Teflon coating really does repel liquid while remaining comfortable. And they LAST.

I can't tell if these are considered "loose fit".   If not,  do you know which pants are?

I'm high drag low speed so I prefer the Wrangler ripstop nylon cargo pants. Light weight and comfy. Closest pants to wearing shorts as you can get.

I also have the Wrangler cotton and Duluth firehose cargos.
Even though the firehose cargos are nice I don't like them because they dont' breath well and are heavy.

Because this is how you do it.

I love my LAPG pants.  But I do find that they run small(size is with elastic extended), so I always get the next size up.

Go with the originals. If they were good enough for our grandfathers to wear while killing Nazis, they're good enough for us.

5.11 Tac lite pro pants have always worked great for me.. usually wait until LA police gear has a sale and get a couple pair a year

Wrangler Riggs work pants

I get them from the store at the link.

These pants are nigh on indestructible.  I have several pairs that are more than six years old that are working  at least once a week for that entire six years, doing hard, dirty work.

I couldn't be more happy with them and their durability over time.

I recommend the Bark color. Brown is too dark for me and I don't really care for the green.

I'm only a happy customer. I have no relationship with Wrangler or the vendor.

Agreed. I was hesitant at first before buying them and I have the shorts and the cargo pants.  Dry comfy and affordable.
