I reeeeeally want that MAS 38.... but then I remember that 32 French Long hasn't been made in quantity for 50ish years.

I will be back in the area visiting family during it, may have to brush off my bidders info and go on over.
Auctions over there are awesome even if you don't buy anything, just being able to see some rare items in person makes it cool |

Hmmm.... I'll take the MPL, the FG42, the Stoner 63 and an M14.

Does SGammo sell 20mm?
That's going to be the deal breaker for me if they don't. |

I wonder if or when we might see any of Kokalis' extensive collection becoming available. I know zero about who or what entity may in line to inherit his collection, but this sparked the thought.

Anyone know a good realtor?
I think I'll be able to find some member who'd take me in with a few MGs. |

Wow, I want that tommy gun, and the grease gun, and the M-14, and the ma deuce .
I've been working saturdays, no problem |

Still no machine guns in Iowa. Which is probably just as well. The ammo budget alone would bankrupt me.
RIA is an interesting outfit. The guy that founded it isn't a gun guy. He simply saw a business opportunity and jumped in. He has lots of gun guys working for him, but he is something of serial entrepreneur; Order one of their catalogs. There are a first rate reference book in the own right. |

Last auction (I think), they had a pretty nice Lewis gun (WITH a mag) that was pretty reasonably priced/estimated - the pre-auction estimate was around $17K. I think there was something about it that made it less desirable to collectors.

Japanese Hotchkiss captured from Kwajalein? Wasn't that the site of one of their prison camps? I seem to remember reading about it in Unbroken.
