Lessons learned: 1) People will still get it if they want it. 2) The government will waste a fuck ton of money trying to enforce the laws. 3) The government will give itself more power in an effort to fight a "war" against the devil substance. 4) The illegality of the substance will actually cause MORE crime because criminal elements will fight each other over control of production and distribution. Funny how the lessons are the same but the idiots in government don't care. |

The only substances which should be illegal are those which could be readily deployed as weapons of mass destruction (fissile materials, sarin, VX... you get the picture). Yes, an adult should be able to walk into a Walmart, present their ID, and walk out with heroin. Or an M240. Or an AT-4. Or a FIM-92.
I realize that sounds absurd to most people; most people have no real concept of personal liberty as set out in the US Constitution. |

Really can't come up with any good reason that alcohol should be legal and marijuana not legal. Make it legal and tax it. Suddenly potheads would be a productive part of society

Did I beat the statists in?
These threads reveal just how much freedom some so called freedom lovers really like. |

I want the people who insist that pot should be legal while holding that they should still be able to regulate the shit out of other people's lives and businesses to be whipped with a wet noodle until such time that they cut that shit out.
