Yes, but we're a little old school.
Company Vacation, 5% 401k match, Christmas Bonuses, Quarterly Bonuses, and Profit Sharing.

Annual bonus based on scorecard results. Got a healthy bonus this past month from 2016 We also get a Holiday bonus, typically Great 401k match, competitive hourly rate, some OT available, pretty darn good vacation compensation etc |

Mine just started in January. No opinion yet but the first check was pretty nice. Normally our bonus for the month was equal to or more than our salary for the month. If we do our part, the boss says we should make more than the old way. They are pretty generous already, they pay for my truck and all my gas.

Last company did. I managed to become fully vested right before I quit. Thankfully, they didn't go bankrupt so I walked away with a little chunk of change. Everything was reinvested into their stock so...
