I've been in a very similar situation to this. Wife and I went out on the town in DC, after getting a babysitter from our building. 14yr-old babysitter was in the shower when we got home about 2 hr later. She told my wife she had female problems, needed a shower. My radar was pinging bigtime that something was wrong. Babysitter takes her $20, see ya. Doesn't say anything. I check on the kids, who were all in one room since we were PCSing and had a bunch of crap packed in the other kids' bedroom. They were all sound asleep. I checked the room with everything packed in it. Immediate stench of dirty buttsex hit me, room was sweaty with funk, bloody condom on the windowsill, laundry baskets were broken and thrown aside on the floor. Skinny black kid was butt nekkid, hiding behind a crib, sweating and trembling. I carefully backed out of the room, retrieved my Glock 23, jacked the slide audibly with a live round going into battery. He went running around the apartment looking for his shoes, after hearing me chamber the round. Instead of bolting out the front door, he came back towards us in the hallway. I presented the muzzle to his face, without allowing him to get within trapping range, at which time his hands rocketed up in the air in hands-up fashion. "You dawg, dawg, she let me in dawg!" Me: "GET IN THE FRONT LEANING REST!" He gets down. I rack a round out onto the floor to roll around in front of him. Federal Hydra Shock .40 S&W. I told him he was a fraction of a second away from eating 2 of those to the chest and one to his face. I told him to get his gear and get out, which he did. I was literally about a half a pound away from Bill Drilling or Mozambiquing him. Turns out his single mother was away at BNCOC, and he was without supervision. He went around afterwards telling his friends that some crazy white guy pulled a gun on him. CID responded with an investigation, came to the apartment to interview me. After hearing what happened, CID agent tells me I was well within my rights to have blasted him to the face and chest, per VA law. I didn't want to discharge a .40 cal pistol in a tight hallway without ear pro, and had it under control, so taking a life wasn't necessary to me. View Quote What do you have against naked intruders looking for their shoes? Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. Probably never happen though you are probably just an internet tough guy. I doubt very seriously you would say that to someones face. Just my thought. What do you think. Oh I am sorry you probably do not have a brain. I on the other hand will be happy to buy you a plane ticket to come here and see if you have the nerve to say that to someone I know. |

I'm guessing the daughter sent the boy to hide in the guest room thinking her room might be checked by parents?
Tragic incident either way. I don't know why it would ever occur to a homeowner that a normally unused and unoccupied guest room might have a "guest" in it suddenly at 2:47 a.m. And after announcing his presence.... But I'd imagine the homeowner/dad is going to have some feelings to deal with regardless. |

I was 17, she was 16. pretty big difference between 14 and 16, and a one year age gap vs a three year age gap. Off topic but doesn't matter what anybody thinks, only what the law says. My state allows upto 3 years difference in age if one or both of them are under the age of 17. This is the law. Now a 17yo boy shows up to my house when my girl is 14, there is going to be problems. |

But Georgia law is pretty clear. If the father was reasonably in fear of his life or his daughters life or of grave bodily harm of the aforementioned; he was justified in shooting the boy under the law.. it has nothing to do with occupancy. |

Doesn't anybody find anything wrong with a 14 y.o. girl having sex with a 17 y.o., right in her parents' house after having invited him there, at 2 in the morning?
The parent is guilty, not for the shooting, but of failing to raise his offspring with proper morals. The girl has a lot to answer for. |

I was at my mother's house on leave. 1992
Mother and father going through divorce, mother gone whoring around. Father already moved out. Seventeen year old sister left front door unlocked for boyfriend.Without telling me. I was asleep on couch, but hear male voices ,and then storm door open. In very short order sister's boyfriend and his friend are looking down the pipe of a Glock seventeen. The friend wanted to rush me. The boyfriend, not so much. I had never met either of those boys before, thankful it stopped when it did. |
