Guys.... we're down to the wire this year. Everything looked good at first but the FL Republican Establishment has made sure to try and kill it. As such I'm asking that we rally Statewide and do an open carry protest on March 11. That's the first week of Session. 

I know this is short notice. But we need to go all out or we lose. Next year is an election year and if we lose the Governor's seat. We're done. Rick Scott only won 1%. Joe Morgan of Morgan & Morgan will run as the Dem Candidate. He bankrolled the Medical Marijuana Ballot to amend the State Constitution. He has a lot of ground support because of that. He's also hugely anti-gun.

Three rules.

1. EMPTY HOLSTER ONLY! NO ACTUAL GUNS TO BE OPENLY CARRIED!

2. Don't be dressed like a slob. If you're a guy. Wear a polo or t-shirt and jeans. Shorts are fine too. But please.... don't come dressed like a tacticool mall ninja with plate carrier, combat boots, and appearing like your woke up in the morning and rolled through the Galls/5.11 catalog.

3. Signs. Please.... have signs made. They can say things like "CAMPUS CARRY/OPEN CARRY", "CAMPUS CARRY PROTECT WOMEN", 45 STATES OPEN CARRY, WHY NOT FL? Depending on location. Sticks are not allowed to be attached to the sign. At the Florida Capitol for example. Sticks are a no go.

Not even close.... they just had another NOTICE-SUPPLEMENTAL AUTHORITY on Feb 3rd of this year.

Ok....Adding a supplemental authority doesn't mean it will slow the court down.  Just says...Look here is another court that has said something that supports the issue my side is trying to make.  Doesn't mean it's going to take longer now for the FLSC, since the 7th issued an opinion.

This is a good one though.  Here is what they told the court:

The supplemental authority is pertinent to the Petitioner’s contention that the State has the burden of showing by evidence, "a close fit between the ban [on open carry] and the actual public interests it serves, and also that the public's interests are strong enough to justify so substantial an encumbrance on individual Second Amendment rights.". Ezell II at 8, 9-10.  

The supplemental authority further found that bare assertions of crime prevention, among other admittedly important and valid public safety issues, is not a sufficient basis for regulating citizens’ Second Amendment rights, unless the government provides evidence.

The mans name is John Morgan, the biggest ambulance chasers Orlando has, his motto is For The People, and is 1 of the biggest Democratic fund raisers in the state, he did Obama twice at his home at 35,000 a plate and Hillery this last time, He will never carry from Marion up through the panhandle, he is hated, the next time you are up in central Florida stop by his house in Heathrow in Lake Mary and see if he is for the people. He has employed Sun tan Charlie after lose to Scott, has also employed one of the scum bag Kennedy kids for a short while, he is the Democratic head money man here, But will never win.

By the way Scott only beat old Sun Tan by 1 point due to the fact that Charlie was a Republican for a long time in state senate since 1993, had been Republican Governor in 2007,, before that the Republican Attorney General 2004-2007, also Florida Education Commissioner from 2001 to 2003,  and had many followers that were republican that Voted for him as a Democrat over that Jumbee looking Scott that had a lack luster personality, But turned out pretty good.


Good luck with your open carry, you are bucking the #1 Tourist destination that will never permit it, its all about money, and We should be a Constitutional Carry State if it were not for Disney, their Lobby and money that ate the NRA and Politicians for lunch last year and will do the same this year.

There's something even BETTER than Open Carry Fishing, or an empty holster protest:


The following First Amendment actions are all LEGAL under current Florida law.

1. Dust covers (sometimes called "Glock socks") on OWB holster carried pistols that have a printed picture of a firearm, letting even a casual observer know they are observing an armed citizen.

2. Openly carried ammo mag carriers or pouches (legal even if part of the mags are showing).

3. Open carry of closeable pistol-shaped holsters such as for the old P38 (new ones are being made and are at Amazon), that should hold most compact pistols (it almost holds my Glock 23), and are legal to OC anywhere licensed concealed carry is allowed, because they fully conceal the gun with a lid.

4. T-shirts with a gun pic stating you are "Lawfully Armed" or "Licensed and Armed".

It's legal to do all the above anywhere firearm carry is not off limits. Recommended especially for public property such as public parks, libraries, zoos, etc, so you can't be trespassed or ejected merely for being armed, due to state preemption.

We have the RIGHT to use our First Amendment Right to open carry in a concealed fashion, beating the crooked, lip-service lawmakers at their own game! So let's do it!

Let's EMBARRASS the liberty-hating RINOs, and peacefully and lawfully pee on their tourist dollars for our rights operation! Open carry, or pseudo open carry in actuality should not hurt tourism. Where are they going to go, to the 45 states where open carry is legal?

Put it on Facebook, blogs, other forums, Youtube comments, online news comments, and call it in to radio shows. Let's get a REAL MOVEMENT going here, where we are UNSTOPPABLE!
