Captor will turn out to be twins, both having multiple personalities

Maybe he was hired by the girls' dad to trick them into swearing off dudes for a while.

They never show the guy with the multiple personalities from the side or rear.
Ending scene shows he is a 24 person long human centipede about to become 27 long. |

The three girls were sharing tainted pot needles and we're actually sitting in a KFC bathroom, and the multiple personalities are actually people who are knocking on the door trying to use the restroom.

Guess I'll be the outlier and say that I liked his last one, The Visit, a heckuva lot.
I want to see this one. |

From the interweb. be warned!
Click To View Spoiler Kevin's 23 personality is the Beast (think Jeckle/Hyde), that gives him super-human strength and he can climb walls etc. He eats 2 of the girls being held captive, and the 3rd girl shoots him twice in the chest with a shotgun. He has shotgun wounds, but is not injured or hurt. He is about to eat her too, but sees that she has scars on her body from a bad childhood (a form of evolution), and says he can only eat those that are pure or something, and then walks off. The girl is rescued and it turns out that the dungeon was actually underneath the Philly Zoo. At the very end of the movie, there is a tv inside a bar, and the news reporter is talking about how the alleged suspect is on the loose and survived 2 shotgun shots to the chest. Then we see Bruce Willis and he says something to the person next to him, about once knowing a guy in a wheelchair who had powers like that or something (Mr Glass reference). Pretty much the twist is its "The Beasts" origin story for unbreakable 2, Unbreakable vs The beast.

They were all Hillary supporters that couldn't stand the fact that the Hil-dog lost.
They cracked and are really in a Mental Hospital along with Tyler Durden |

Best twist would be to not suck like all of his other movies after the first two.
His schtick got tired fast. |

That was a good movie. I loved it. No twist, no gimmick. The spoilers are not material to the movie.

My g/f and I just got back from it. It was ok. Had a lot of good parts then it got kinda far fetched towards the end. I don't feel I wasted my money but would not mind to wait for it to come out on video either.

It turning out to be a good movie would be a fucking twist. View Quote This. I remember when "the village" came out. I had a roommate that rented or bought it. He told me how awesome it was and that I'd never expect what happens. Literally as soon as the characters were introduced, I called the plot to a t. Roommate said that I had to have seen it or heard the plot. Told him no, it is just easy to predict stupid movies. |

I liked it. There really wasn't much of a twist but the movie kept my interest real well.

Water is deadly to the aliens which is why they came to a planet where it rains water and whose surface is 75% covered with it. Yeah....that's a twist. View Quote Alien invasion that can be repelled by super soakers, leaving the lawn sprinklers on or just living in Seattle. I will say, it would have been pretty funny to see the trapped family in the movie take the fight to the aliens with garden hoses and squirt guns. Plot twist in Split will be that their captor is actually Donald Trump. |

I watched it yesterday, and I really enjoyed it. There was a twist, but not an earth-shattering one. Good movie.

My son took me to see it last week. As soon as it was over I told him to expect at least one more sequel, if not more. I doubt I'll be seeing those.

That being said Click To View Spoiler If it is in the same universe as Unbreakable then anything is possible so I let it slide. Once you accept it's a fantasy world as opposed to something that is supposed to take place in the "real" world it makes it easier to accept

I don't feel like there was a twist. Everything played out exactly as foreshadowed\predictable.
Click To View Spoiler Girls kidnapped, split personality, beast, girl damaged. Beast talked about the "pure" being safe. Everything was shown. The old lady talked about physiological differences. It was even in the previews - splitting bars apart. I thought the twist was going to be the damaged girl hulking out and tearing his bitch ass apart. I think that would have been fun to watch. I like most of the Shyamalan movies. I was entertained.

He has been using the same twist for years. He builds you up and you think the movie is good and then you realize it sucks. Gets me every time.
