Kidnapped, beaten and tortured because he was white and they thought he was a Trump supporter. edit: Around the 2 minute mark it looks like they cut his scalp down to the bone, not sure on that, but he does begin bleeding.

We don't know for sure if he was a Trump supporter, but the attackers thought he was. They yell about Trump throughout the video.

I made the determination a looooong time ago (my decision was reinforced by the Newsom/Christian murders) that myself or family members will never go to the second crime scene alive.
I'll kill every son of a bitch in the vicinity including myself and my family before I allow any of us to be bound and tortured.

Watch, you will never hear about the results of this crime. They may be tried, may be found guilty, but we will never know that they will probably only get a few years in prison.
There will be no hate crime. It seems to be like racism, it is a one way street. One side cannot be racist and cannot commit hate crimes.

All intrastate and no hate crime aspect, maybe they could stretch it for the disability and his skin color,
but it doesn't really seem to fit based on what we know (admittedly not that much right now)
