Deputy Marshal Charles Brown entered the fast food joint in Bay Ridge around 1:20 a.m. Saturday, according to police.
Soon after, he began to yell at cashier Joanna Diaz, 41, about the long lines and his presumed hunger. When that didn’t work, an irate Brown whipped out a gun and pointed it at Diaz, before wheeling around and waving it at other terrified customers at the at the 86th St. eatery — including one who tried to intervene on the cashier’s behalf — cops said.  If true homeboy doesn't need to be an LEO.

Not saying USMS is flawless, but it's my understanding way West and up Nawth they still have some kind of marshal offices. |

Anyway, each Marshal district will have many, many deputy Marshal's, I think my bro has 30 or so and that's not counting some of the task force guys that come and go frequently. A lot of them are cops from local agencies that are assigned as well so it's possible some turds get through now and then. *Edited because I can't speeeell

Deputy US Marshals guard Federal courthouses, provide security for judges, transport prisoners, and chase down fugitives. There are lots of Deputy Marshals around, especially if there's a Federal courthouse nearby, and there is one in NYC. |
