My aunt had squatters in one of her rent houses and to cops said that they couldn't do anything about it for at least 90 days after my aunt filled out all the papers to evict them.
There were 4 adults living there 3 guys 1 woman.
Me, my brother, and 4 of my cousins showed up at 2 am on cold winters night, kicked in the door and rushed the place . We had it vacated in less than 10 minutes. We made them leave, and the squatters never came back.
