I'm coming in trying to make sense so someone correct me if I'm wrong Well I can't find the original story, but the FBI guy was the one standing in the woods. When Lavoy got out of the vehicle the FBI man fired two shots, one missing everything. the other broke the rear passenger window striking Bundy in the arm, and lodged in the roof. The FBI agents (5 total) did not report firing the shots. Later they removed the projectile and then replaced it. Another OL article on the FBI |

So let me get this straight about the courtroom incident. The lawyer asked the Judge to see documentation showing his client was still legally in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service in a lawyer like fashion to be transported to another trial in NV. While this occurred USMS Deputies approached the lawyer and his client. The judge told the USMS Deputies to stop at some point (I would presume so the judge could explain something to the lawyer and client). Sounds fucky. He would have been in custody so there would be no need to have him mobbed to extradite him to Nevada. He would have been escorted to whatever facility he was being held at and extradited from there because Nevada would have placex a hold on him. At least if it was being done professionally.

Maybe they should do their jobs without violating people's rights and while staying within the confines of the Constitution..And that includes the agent that fired two rounds off at a man who was zero threat with arms in the air..then hiding evidence and lying about it...in this exact case... Or should we talk about the roaches that would not arrest a politician for treason and all sorts of other charges, when they had incontributable proof of wrong doing? As in the FBI and Clinton emails.. Goverment has no right to expect us to back their rule of law when it is corrupt based on our Constitution, and they actively pervert it to protect their own at their own wish, but then utterly crush a lesser mans world for even minor infractions compared to their own. |

Can you link to an article? http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/jury-acquits-leaders-oregon-standoff-federal-charges-43119277 The leaders of an armed group who seized a national wildlife refuge in rural Oregon were acquitted Thursday in the 41-day standoff that brought new attention to a long-running dispute over control of federal lands in the U.S. West. Tumult erupted in the courtroom after the verdicts were read when an attorney for group leader Ammon Bundy demanded his client be immediately released, repeatedly yelling at the judge. U.S. marshals tackled attorney Marcus Mumford to the ground, used a stun gun on him several times and arrested him. U.S. District Judge Anna Brown said she could not release Bundy because he still faces charges in Nevada stemming from an armed standoff at his father Cliven Bundy's ranch two years ago. Closest account I see now, earlier was reading that he would not settle down. <<shrug>> |
