It looks like he has a contingent of folks that run classes in Bastrop. I've only seen one name associated with that locations training, and it doesn't look like that individual got locked up in the Wilco jail.

I'm betting that it was this.

It's a real dirt bag move for him to be asking other officers in the area to use their influence, position or authority to pull up an arrest report or convince another cop to not press charges or whatever it is that he's trying to do by appealing to local law-enforcement

You know any competent firearms attorneys in Louisville KY? If you have a problem in Louisville while travelling do you ask your buddy in Miami or Dallas. Or do you send out an email to everyone you know looking for that attorney? Basically youtube the same.
