For clarity , not all states allow SBR's
Any state that does I would also advise someone to put in the for the stamp. |

Except as otherwise provided in this title, it is unlawful for any person to have a firearm of any kind in or on or against any conveyance propelled by mechanical power or its attachments at any time whether or not the vehicle or its attachment is in motion unless the firearm is unloaded. Now at first glance that would ban people from carrying loaded handguns in the cars too (when in possession of a valid License to Carry Firearms). However, one of the exceptions is: A person carrying a loaded pistol or revolver when in possession of a valid firearms license. |

Firearms owners turning cannibal and eaten if they have a sig brace by those who have a short barrel rifle. Kind of like kids in grade school picking on the other kids because they don't have $200 tennis shoes.

From my understanding you have a firearm, a rifle or a shotgun. I rifle has to have a 16 inch barrel and a shotgun has to have a 18 inch barrel. If the rifle or shotgun has a barrel shorter than the required length it becomes a firearm. Once it is a firearm you can carry it legally in your car. I have never had a sbr owner in pa say otherwise and I believe a lot of them carry them in their cars loaded since it meets the requirements by law. One thing for certain the law is not 100% clear just like pa school carry which most people believe is legal but if you read the law concerning school carry it is vague. |

Jrzy Also note that we are talking about a 4th degree summary offense of game laws where the punishment is between $150 and $300 if caught in a moving vehicle and a $100-200 fine for a 5th degree offense if caught with your car parked. I would suggest trying to contact Joshua prince. I'm sure he would be able to clarify it.
