I was a lurker before I joined. It has been a while. Things have changed for sure.

Lurked for a long time before I joined. Still mostly just read and get my laughs.

Been on since 2003. Lurked for 7 years. I have Arfcommers who can actually vouch for me. But doesn't count
I remember when I was the young guy on here, I would always think you all were lame old Fudds.
Now people are calling me old. Fu ckers. |
I want to say I first posted in about 97 or 98 maybe? Been a long time....
In. I lurked before I joined, then I didn't really post much until later.
I was here on the pre 2000 but I don't remember my old login.
I just realized I've been reading this website for 15 years or more.. didn't join until 2002 but geez.. almost 14 years as a member.
Time flies. |
I started coming to visit in 2009, joined in 2012 so, only 7 years |

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Was here on the original board back in the mid 90's. Windows 95 . . . running on "dial-up" no less . . . things have changed a lot. |
In. I had an account I think in 2000, then changed name. We're the ban era crowd.

Inside of most every old guy is a young guy asking "wtf" happened to the time.
I was lawdog on the old board. By the time I signed up on the new one, someone had taken the username.
Same here. Seems like I have been coming here longer than my join date. Wasn't there an issue a long time ago where we had to rejoin?

Joined in 99 under another name that I can't remember. Forgot password, just started a new account. Doesn't seem like it has been that long. View Quote Same story. I joined in 1999 and had a hard drive failure in '06. No back-up and I was left trying to recall the user names and passwords for all the forums I had joined. I was never able to re-connect with my original ARFCOM account so I had to create a new one. |

11 years but lurked for a few before registering.
I feel like I post pretty often so it's insane how many post some members have. Still love it here even though it's best for some I'm not a Mod. |
Been here since 99 as well. Had to start a third account because my other too were banned. Arock, DanTSX. I miss those usernames
And to think I lurked a while before joining.
Learned a lot. Spent too much money, especially during "The Ban". |
I've been here since 1999.
I have the old ar15.com group buy AR rifle (ones from RRA) to prove it too. I also have the second one (ones from DPMS) too. |
