Notice that there are no pedestrians on the sidewalks - coincidence, I think not.
I bet the front is super bad-ass. Also, the back end rubber looks fairly awesome
would be interesting how they locate the turbos, kinda crowded under the hood
Ford, just do it. Make a EB V8 and shut everyone up. I'm a BMW and Chevy guy BTW. |
I know im in the minority, but I wish they made a four door variant. Maybe not call it mustang though.

Quite a bit of negative camber for a street car.
Then again, it is a test mule |

It might not be the gt500 look at the side vents on the front fenders it might just be a gt350 face lift
ETA that car has a roll cage |
If they can't decimate the hellcat horsepower and torque numbers then they should not even try.
And I mean strap em on a dyno side by side. Or run em around a track and to get em hot and see if one shuts down due to heat and backs way off on timing and power due to heat soak. For testing, that thing needs a roll cage and a semi trailer full of tires and a race track. |

The new GT350 is such a fantastic car all around, hopefully this will be epic.

Looking at that last pic makes me giggle. That wing is clamped on to the trunk.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if they were still testing with the GT350 as a base to work off of. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Yeah that would be the way to go about it use the gt350 suspension massage it a bit for some straight line hook and launch and stick 750 HP between the fenders carbon wheels standard |

They should consider trying to make that bra fit better.
It looks hideous. |

Hopefully they fix the issues with powdered metal oil pump and timing gears...
First mod people on boost do with a coyote is fix the oil pump gear and go billet. 5.8 Trinity on higher boost than factory isnt exactly a recipe for longevity either. I am a huge fan of the GT350 and hope the GT350 is a couple more years off. I would rather the GT350 be more than a 2-3 year run. Hellion has a twin turbo GT350 out there but no power nunbers given yet. Probably north of 800 given the starting point is 500+ and it revs past 7500rpm. Other than the GT500 there are expectations for the Mach 1 to return. Also wondering if a Bullit will return. |
Is that guy in the passenger seat just really, really tiny or are the seats really, really thin?

Unofficial claims to be GT500.. comprised or mostly gt350 parts.

View Quote There is that Ford dealership out of Lebanon, OH which lets you order a 5.0 coyote engined Mustang, like a 2016, and then you have them add a Roush stage 1 supercharger which supposedly bumps HP to the 700 plus range. That shoukd be a Challenger Hellcat killer...considering the Challenger weighs about 600 pounds plus more. But.....butttt...I have tried looking and I am not really seeing any videos of Lebanon, OH Roush Stage 1 Mustangs vs. Challenger Hellcat videos. EDIT: all for the low low price of about $40 to $42K and about a 10 week wait, for the Lebanon, OH 'Stang |

Don't know why it's taken so long. They've had boost ready motors for years and years.
