VAT is most often used in the European Union. The amount of VAT that the user pays is the cost of the product, less any of the costs of materials used in the product that have already been taxed. |

I picked up IIRC the same size for $9 at home depot. Did drivers side half the daily driver. No measurement on cabin temp reduction, but the difference by feeling the carpet after heat soak and parking on hot asphalt is significant. My exhaust gets brutally hot and transfers heat right to my feet. Carpet stayed ice cold after a few WOT runs and a 30 minute cruise. A/C is way more efficient because it's no longer cycling burning hot air from the carpet around. |
