Perhaps Cruz's family is more important to him than being a US Senator. Perhaps not endorsing Bill Clinton's handpicked candidate wasn't it for him. You see, you have demonstrated you have no principles by your endorsement of Trump in the primaries even though in your words he is a "gun-grabbling socialist ala Bloomberg". You mock those who stand by their principles. With each slice of our freedoms that get taken away, remember how dopey it was for people to stand by their principles. |

What drum is being beaten here?
That conservatives should sit out the general election because Trump doesn't need us? We have democrats that attack/want to legislate our way of life, we don't need it from within our party. Trump has to focus on the real battle at hand, defeating Mr. pants suit. |

That's why I asked him my question that he seems to be purposely ignoring. Early on in this race I was in the air between Cruz and Rand. I really liked both and when Rand stepped on his dick and started pandering to Sharpton and the BLM crew, I was genuinely disappointed. I wasn't happy in the least. Even after it happened I was sad to see when he dropped out. No gloating posts from me over it. Even though I liked Cruz best I was just as disappointed when other good, Conservative candidates like Perry, Walker, and others dropped out because that meant our chances at having an actual Conservative in the White House were reduced. There was no joy as they all bowed out and I didn't come on here poasting crap about Perry being too stoned on pain meds to run or Walker being more bland than white bread. (In fairness, I can't say the same about Jeb, Christie, or the rest of the RINOs...) So if you consider yourself a Conservative of any stripe, let alone a gun owner, why would you show elation at trying to take down one of the few allies we have in Washington D.C.? Unless you're not a Conservative and have an ulterior motive, I don't get it... Ding! Looking more and more like DU's greatest asset here on arfcom. |

Quoted: When Ted Cruz said to "vote your conscience" and "vote for the candidate most likely to uphold and defend the Constitution"... Why are Trump supporters so upset about that? Cruz never said "Don't vote for Trump". Why would you guys take it that way, unless you don't believe Trump will do those things, and you can't vote for Trump in good conscience? View Quote He was telling his supporters to write in his name. You can't honestly be this dumb. |

Quoted: Quoted: This entire race has really shown the quantity and character of conservative America. There isn't much of one left. So now we have to vote for a democrat instead of an evil progressive. Well said. It's a damn shame. The worst thing is that so many here are actually gleeful at the choice we are offered between two progressive Democrats from New York. |

Quoted: You do realize that Cruz beat Trump in the Texas primary by a nearly 2-1 margin, right? I know this is the internet and people can shitpost garbage all they want and not be remembered for anything, but come on. You do realize that Cruz beat Trump in the Texas primary by a nearly 2-1 margin, right? For you, a grand time necromancer, it is not. |

Mrs. Clinton: Well, Donald sided with me on Single payer. Mrs.Clinton: Well, Donald sided with me on banning assault weapons. Mrs. Clinton: Well, Donald sided with me on my campaign contributions. Mrs. Clinton: Well, Donald sided with me as Secretary of state. Mrs. Clinton: Well, Donald sided with me on Abortion issues. Mrs. Clinton: Well, Donald sided with me and president Obama on Israel. Mrs. Clinton: well, Donald sided with me on my senate run. The fucking list goes on and on....... None of that matters. None. For the one millionth time, all that matters is immigration and trade. Secure the border, deport illegals, end Muslim immigration, renegotiate shitty trade deals, nominate patriotic judges to the supreme court, and stop invading middle eastern countries. On ALL those things, Trump is miles better than Clinton, especially on immigration and trade. It's not even going to be close. So 200 trillion in unfunded liabilities is "nothing that matters". WTF? The ONLY thing that matters to them is taking down the Republican Party. Trump has led that charge since Friday and they are all dutifully marching along DU loves them and all their efforts to destroy the hated "Rethuglican" party. |
