That's like suing the Chevrolet dealership that sold the Tahoe that hit someone & killed them.

It would seem I'm all out fucks right now. Maybe if that guy tries back a little later I might have some then. Though, I wouldn't count on it. On second thought, he shouldn't try later. Because I still won't have any fucks to give.
I hope Lucky Gunner takes his home and turns it into a target. |

While I have total sympathy for their loss, I also have no problem saying fuck them for trying to sue a business
for selling a legal product. I hope Lucky Gunner takes their home to recoup. |

The Brady Bunch found a family that was hurting and emotionally vulnerable, exploited them, turned them into victims, and are now using their victim status to exclaim how it's all the NRA's fault. You know, just like they always do. They royally fucked that family, completely on purpose knowing full well exactly what would happen, so they could play-act at being indignant over their supposed treatment at the hands of the evil gun lobby. It's disgusting. Frankly, it's downright evil. Fuck those asshole gun grabbers. |
|
Sorry about the guys kid, no one should have to go though that pain. But he let himself get used by Brady and the anti gunners and now he is screwed.
If fellow antis like this poor guy cannot trust them how can we EVER trust them with any kind of compromise they always push? NO MORE, NOT EVEN AN INCH. |
|
Why can't we smear the hell out of Brady, Bloomberg, et al over this? They let those people hang out to dry, after preying on their vulnerable state.
|
|
It served their interest to lose.
Had they put Lucky Gunner out of business, big deal in the grand scheme of things. Instead they have a family to perpetuate the victimhood that can continue to cast the NRA and gun owners as heartless assholes. |

View Quote LG didn't do anything wrong, legally or morally. Neither did the ammunition manufacturer. Neither did anybody else involved, except the murderer. Oh, and the Brady Bunch, who carpetbagged their way into a suffering and emotionally vulnerable family and used them for publicity, knowing exactly what would happen in the courts, and then bailed on them when it was time to pay the piper. The Brady Bunch are abusive, deadbeat fucking quislings that can't even be trusted by the people they claim to represent. Even this article... it's fucking shameful. It leads with this supposed sob story about a victimized family (which is TRUE, except they misattribute the antagonist here), and then they just play it into a political hit piece to support the establishment candidate. IDGAF about Bernie, but that doesn't mean I can't see what's going on. These fucking people are using and abusing their constituency. It's the very definition of corrupt politics and tyranny. Fuck them and everyone like them. |

I do wonder how you rack up a $200k legal bill, on a lawsuit that legally cant go forward.
I guess its just a sign of how fucked up our legal system is. |
|
I'm sorry for their loss. No one should ever, ever have to go thru that. That said; you dont sue auto manufactures when you get smashed by a veh intentionally. You dont go after Easton when someone hits you with their bat. You dont sue ammo/gun makers, sellers, etc.

This is akin to suing a car dealer or gasoline station for the actions of a hit and run driver. |

Just proxies for the Clinton machine. Hillary and her camp thought she'd have the nomination wrapped up by now so she could pivot to Trump to whip up her base for turnout. Suddenly a geriatric socialist is raising more money than her and cleaning her clock in primaries. She doesn't want to have to keep running to the left to defeat Sanders and they want to go back to the Clinton crony capitalist big donors. They know this bullshit will play well in NY.

Good.
They tried to enrich themselves over a tragedy. We absolutely need to combat this notion that is being pushed that firearms and ammunition are any different than any other inanimate objects that may be used in a crime.
