Jason Bourne/David Webb/Treadstone One had no biotechnological advantage. He was first gen, pre-drugs, pre-viral encoding, brainwashed badass.
Aaron Cross/Kenneth J. Kitsom/Outcome Five had the biotechnological advantage, first via the drugs, then encoded via use of a virus. All of the other Outcome subjects used the drugs, right up to when someone kills them. The last character, LARX-03 (indicating there were LARX-01 and -02) underwent the later viral encoding, plus brainwashing. John Wick is just a highly trained assassin. No drugs, no viral encoding, no brainwashing. Just bad ass. In a Bourne/Wick fight, both would survive, because when they meet each other, they realize Marcus was their training officer. They have a beer, and then go out, find Cross and the three of them burn the Russian mafia and the US intelligence worlds to the ground, Bourne and Wick for killing the love of their respective lives and Cross because he can. |
