Bulleit, although I usually go for Eagle Rare 10 or Elijah Craig 12, in that order. I like my bourbon sweet!

For what it costs I think Knob Creek is overrated. I think it gets the attention it does because it's high proof. For the money I prefer Blantons, Makers 46, or Woodford double Oaked.
