saw the most recent gun thing, that shit changes all the time your first gun never changes the first gun that YOU bought, not got given, inherited or otherwise me: 1994, gun show, fighting the fresh AWB, $675 for a beretta 92FS stainless still have the gun, probably doesn't have 200rds through it and it'll go to my son got a few beretta 92 police trade ins that i shoot the shit out of though, one with a threaded bbl and an osprey living on it I'll give you 5 bones for the stainless one. 4 each for the cop guns. First gun was some garbage 1911 type, and some other junk iron. ever recover them? thought you got the 1911 back how about the rest of the bunch? I think I got 4 back. Seriously, sell me your Beretta's. No one likes them. They're not tactical. You'll probably die. |

2002 Bersa thunder .380.
It was the morning after I got robbed. I vowed to get a pistol and a permit if I survived. I never imagined the volume of shooting, reloading, action pistol, classes, 3gun, or becoming an NRA instructor. I sold the Bersa in 2007, when I bought my Glock 26. I actually carried the 26 today, though I usually have a 19 on my hip. |

Mossberg Maverick 88 when I turned 18.
I went to the gun show to spend my hard earned part time job money on a knock off chinese 870. Right next to it for $10 more was the mossberg that said "MADE IN THE USA" on it. I said "FUCK THOSE COMMIE BASTARDS" and bought the mossberg. $179 IIRC. ETA::As for my first handgun? I bought a Bersa thunder .380, since at that time I was in college and had even less money. Essentially was scraped together Christmas and birthday money. |

When I was ten years old a friend of my father's sold me a bolt action single shot 22 with peep sights. I believe it was a military trainer, manufactured in 1945.
That was fifty years ago, when I bought it. Still have it taught my little brother to shoot with it, taught my children to shoot with it, and will teach my grandchildren to shoot with it. |

First rifle.....Olympic Arms PCR-4
do not confuse this with the cast shit they were selling......this is a match rifle that with my loads of 60gr V-Max and Varget gets boring shooting cloverleafs. First pistol.....S&W 39-2 Seller's wife cut him off for 2-3 months after selling "HER" pistol............the way it shoots, I don't blame her. |

Beretta 1201 FP. No shit- bought it right after I turned 18 with money I made working at McDonalds.
It cost about $850 at the time.
It was the 90's and the only other gun I had was my grandfather's old .270 model 70. I did a lot of deer hunting back then. |
