If they hand Jeb please clap Bush the nomination, I will vote for a Democrat president for the first time in my life.

I would not put a lot of stock in that.
Even Jeb can muster a win here or there, but even that has still yet to happen. But that won't get him through this process and by Super Tuesday he will be washed up on the rocks. |

Don't you dare fuck us new hampshire It appears they may, bozo is leading in the polls So let me see if I understand this: 1) Thread about JEB. 2) You post that you hope JEB beats Trump. 3) You keep babbling about Trump and deflecting this thread away from Jeb and towards Trump. 4) This is now a Trump thread, solely because of you. Why? I just don't get it. All you're doing is helping Trump's name recognition and reinforcing the Trump vs. Establishment perspective. You know who you haven't mentioned in this thread? Cruz, whom you claim to support. Cruz needs all the help he can get right now to pull ahead of Rubio, Kasich and Jeb the Establishment trio, and here you are, babbling about Trump. |

none of our votes will be taken seriously by the caucus delegates,,,,especially since they are the ones with the power to nominate him no matter how we vote.

These polls are such crap. Good God, people read the entire NH chart.
Bush did not "jump to 2nd." The Emerson poll shows him in second with 16%. Two weeks ago the Emerson poll had him in second with 18%. Look at the polls, and you see that many of them barely move. But if you compare two different polls, you can create the illusion of movement. |

Why do we hate Jeb again? Haven't kept up with it. He wants to invite all of Mexico in. According to his site his border plans seem pretty good. I assume The path to citizenship is where folks aren't liking him. I can see that. Thank you. The pathway to citizenship = tens of millions more Democratic voters. Any amnesty won't just be limited to those already here. There would be a World War Z style flood of people from the entire WORLD, not just Mexico, trying to get into the country to get legalized before the expiration date (assuming there would even be one). I don't want to be melodramatic, but short of Russia just straight up nuking us, I can't really think of a more effective way to destroy the country. |

You Trumpeteers are a hilarious lot...... And you expect to be taken seriously. View Quote Gun control is dead letter. It's now the defining issue of the Republican party. A Republican administration is as likely to adopt full unilateral nuclear disarmament as gun control. Assuming ANY Republican President, I'd worry about that shit like I'd worry about a Bolivian invasion of Alaska. To the other point, people say nice shit about other powerful people all the time. It's the way of the world. The main advantage Trump has over Cruz is that he is specifically way out on a limb promising not just border security, but mass deportation of millions of undocumented Democrats. He is also unique in that he doesn't need the money of rapidly pro-immigration donors, which is something that not even Cruz, much as I may like him otherwise, cannot say. All other issues pale in comparison as far as I'm concerned. |

New Hampshire isn't so much a purple state anymore as it is a blue state. I hope Cruz has a good showing but it's not clear that he will. However, with regard to people stating that New Hampshire picks the candidates, we haven't run a conservative through the primary since Reagan. I think (and hope) we'll find that the rest of the states line up behind Cruz.
