The last time I was in Brussels there were many shops that had decals in the windows warning not to urinate/defecate on the sidewalk in front of their shops.

At work we initially just had to replace the occasional toilet anchor, presumably because someone was standing up to squat on the bowl. Maybe it was some hefty guy.
Eventually someone else started doing their business on the floor. We put in a security camera to monitor the hallway outside the bathroom so we could find out who was doing it, but Facilities also put up a "Please don't shit on the floor" sign at the same time and it stopped. Given the location I would guess it is was an educated engineer or consultant that was doing it, but can't fathom how that would be considered acceptable. |
