Hafþór Björnsson plays Ser Gregor Clegane (AKA: The Mountain) on 'Game of Thrones' and is Europe's strongest man.  He recently set another new world record this time for the Keg toss.  He took a 33 pound keg and tossed it 24 feet and 6 inches over a bar.

It's kind of like the high jump, but much more bad ass.

Yep. Whey protein and creatine is how you pack on nearly 200 lbs of muscle in six years. That and a whole lot of hard work in the gym.

Yep. And by "whey protein" of course we mean a nice "stack of dianabol and test cyp" of course.

even with roids, it still takes a lot of work to build and keep the muscle.

My previous boss was a natural power lifter.  By the time he was 40 he was ~ 240lbs (at 5' 8").  After a lifetime of pretty intense workouts, he wasn't able to reach 250.  He relayed to me a number of stories of guys coming into the gym and getting his size in 6 months to a year and claiming it was natural.  pfft.
